Vinita here today!
This time I decided to make a coaster using paint pouring. I’m obsessed with paint pouring and can spend too much time on it! This technique is very versatile and the different creations are so mesmerizing and you can gift them as well.
Trying this for coasters is also the perfect way to paint pouring since it’s on a smaller scale and easier to manage especially for beginners. I always like to create stuff that have a purpose.
On my mini canvas, first I spread Pearl White all around the coaster and in the middle spread pineapple crush and cherry tomato and let the magic begin. I spread the color with my palette knife. Let it dry in a level space. I am surprised that it settled within 2 hours!

In the meantime, I stamped some tropical images from Tropical Birthday stamp set on a fleece white sheet and watercolored them. Then I fussy cut all the images.
Added these images in a bottom corner with some handmade flowers on the wet colors, slightly pressed the images.
Now at the bottom, I added a layer of Mixed media stones for more texture.
I applied some sparkle paste too. Let it dry for some time.
You can add a piece of felt to the bottom of the coaster to give it a finer finish.
This cute coaster is sure to add a tropical feel to your home.
What do you think? Would you make this easy coaster?
