Beachside- Watercolor Painting

A Mixed Media Canvas

Hi friends,

Saadia here today!

Sharing with you a mixed media canvas. I hope you like it .

Let's start :

I glued pages from an old book to my 8x10 inch canvas. Then I mixed Texture Sand with 2 in 1 Mixed Media Paste and applied it to the canvas through a stencil. Covered the canvas with diluted white gesso.

Next, I cut a crescent shape from chipboard and glued surgical gauze with gel medium. Stenciled a design with a mixture of 2 in 1 Mixed Media Paste and Texture Sand.

Sharing with you a rustic mixed media project today.

I have used lots of heavy elements in my project. The Heavy Gel Medium by Little Birdie Crafts is ideal for gluing heavy objects.
