D.I.Y – Simple and Easy Christmas Tree Ornaments

Hello guys

This is DT Mukta and today I have simple and easy to do Christmas Tree ornaments. I hope you like these and find them useful.

Here is a quick tutorial of how I made these

  1. I started with the green and red glitter papers from the new Glitter Melody Paper pack.  I die cut two circles from these papers using the Stitched Circle dies form the store. I used two dies to give it a thick border (Lets call them A and B where A is the big die and B is the small die).

    1. Then, I went ahead and die cut two circles from the paper on which the sticker embellishments will come along with the A die. The paper was really Christmasy and I couldn’t just throw it away.
    2. I wanted to make shaker ornaments and so I went ahead and diecut some  clear acetate sheets and some foam sheets using the same circle A die. I then die cut the foam sheets using the B die as well.  I also added some white splatters on the printed paper to give it a snowy feel and added some clear sparkle on the splatters to give it an extra wintry touch.

3. I added some silver stars and more clear sparkle inside the shaker window and then assembled everything together. I also added a small eyelet to the ornament to facilitate hanging.

4. I finished off the ornaments with some glitter stickers and heat embossed sentiments…..all from the store.  Here is a closer look of my ornaments.

Thats all from me today….I hope you have a wonderful week ahead.
