“Love Always” Boxed Micro Mini Album and Tags feat ‘A True Love Story’

Hello there, dear crafter folks!

The season of love is upon us again! I’m here today with an itty bitty boxed mini album (Surprise! Hah!) and 4 tags featuring these gorgeous papers from Little Birdie’s Valentine’s Day 2018 release ‘A True Love Story,.

So here’s what I started with–the lovely papers and these gorgeous red roses from this years Valentine’s Day release.

As with all my boxed itty bitties, I started by picking a box…chose this 3.75×3.75×1.5 inch box and decided to use the base as part of the mini album. I sliced the base of the box, opened to make it lie flat, lined it with copier paper leaving a half-inch margin off all edges, angled the corners, and folded the flaps inwards to finish off the jagged edges.

Used the latticed hearts paper from the pack to line the box (base and lid) and added a hinge piece that can hold four pages.

I made 4 pocket pages (3.5 inch square) with flaps holding envelopes and shaker elements.

My apologies for not taking you through the steps in detail–a medical emergency needed attending to, so the creative process wasn’t exactly cohesive. When I was about to finish the itty bitty, I decided to create a few gift tags which could bring out the pinks in the collection, and also showcase a few of the sentiments.

Dies, glitter paper, pollens, flowers…all from the store.

Here is the finished itty bitty mini with it’s faux chalkboard shaker lid.

And here are the tags:

Thanks a ton for stopping by, folks! Hope you have a lovely craft-y week! If you have not shopped the V-day release at the Itsy Bitsy store yet, hop on over now to grab your favourites from the wide array of papers, flowers, chipboard elements, gems, trims, tags, charms, bows, washi tapes, etc.

    1. Hi, Rituparna. Thanks for leaving a note! My apologies for not taking you through the steps for this one–like I’ve mentioned, circumstances wouldn’t allow it. I will, however, be happy to answer any questions you may over chat. Feel free to inbox me on FB! Until then, please browse these old posts of mine where I’ve gone through the steps of making shaker elements and itty bitty pocket pages.

      Hope this is helpful!
