Memories- A Mixed Media Project

Hi Everyone, Saadia here I want to share with you a mixed media project today, mostly painted with Little Birdie Chalk Paints. The range of Chalk Paints are so beautiful, easy to use and are versatile. They come in so many lovely colors. Lets start: I cut a heart shaped MDF board with a knife and covered it with surgical gauze. You can also use cheesecloth instead of gauze, to create texture. Fun with New Shades of Chalk Paints!- 2

Hello All! Continuing my inspiration for the Itsy Bitsy blog, today I have some more projects using the new shades of Chalk Paints. First up is an old tray which I refurbished. 1. To begin, clean & sand the tray.   2. I intend to retain the distressed look of the tray but with the new Chalk Paint shade - Muted Teal. For this, first paint the tray in black.   3.
