This is Tanvi here with a divine festive project today.  I created it with the Goddess Durga - decoupage filament paper and altered a carved wooden frame that I had earlier painted yellow. Altered Bottle – Harshada

Hello creatives! I hope you all are doing well. This is DT Harshada on the blog today and I am back with another interesting altered project. Let's get started.
